1 » Rules.

1. This game is rated and meant to be played by those who are 17 years of age or older.
2. Discrimination and insulting behaviour is prohibited, please treat others as you expect to be treated.
3. Threats and blackmail against other players are strictly prohibited, all conversations in the game whilst not monitored are recorded and may be used used by your ISP or any other authority in some serious cases.
4. SPAM is strictly prohibited (other than designated area), users who promote websites through MafiaShot will have their accounts permanently deactivated, unless they have the express permission of the Admin.

2 » General Rules.

1. Real money trading in goods with other players is strictly prohibited.
2. We reserve the right to change the rules of the game without prior notice.
3. Cheating is strictly prohibited in the game and will be dealt with accordingly.
4. MafiaShot is not liable for any damages, regardless of the nature of your problems.
5. We are not responsible for possible errors, loss of data or conflicts with other players.
6. The use of illegal programs that can give you advantages in the game is strictly prohibited.
7. You may not claim to be part of the MafiaShot team unless you are actually a part of said team.
8. Creating false accounts (as referrals) is strictly prohibited and punishable with a permanent account ban.
9. Only ONE account is allowed, multiple accounts are not permitted and we reserve the right to block accounts.
10. The exploitation of possible errors is strictly prohibited, please report a bug or a possible bug in the game as soon as possible!
11. We reserve the right to modify, penalize or even disable those player accounts that pose a potential threat to the game or its users.
12. The sale of any player account is strictly prohibited and will likely be punished with permanent deactivation of said account.
13. To play this game you must be at least 17 years old, if you are under 17 years old, you will require your parents' permission to use our game platform.

3 » Rules For Paid Extensions.

If you purchase coins in the game, you agree to these terms.

1. If you pay with someone else's phone/card, you agree to first obtain their permission.
2. MafiaShot will not refund or accept liability for any money lost due to you making an error.
3. Regardless of the dollar amount used to purchase game coins, this money will not be refunded.
4. Payment systems require that you be at least 17 years of age and/or have your parents consent.

The rules set out in Game Rules largely apply to the forum.

1. Off-topic messages are prohibited except for the specially created section.
2. Before creating a topic, make sure there are no related topics and open it in the correct area.
3. Advertising in a forum without permission of game staff is strictly prohibited, please contact us.
4. Please maintain a polite manner, treat others as you would expect to be treated ... NO flaming!

1. MafiaShot employees reserve the right to close accounts without giving any reason.
2. Staff are not required to give players any explanations about their decisions or changes.
3. We reserve the right to send important information regarding the game to your email address.
4. Administrators/moderators have the authority to punish users according to the rules they violate.
5. Rules may change without notice, you agree it is your sole responsibility to read the rules regularly.
